They are very inconsiderate and not to be trusted, they leave you when you want them the most, I recently got a Toyota CHR from them,a car of less than 3 months, they intentionally avoid your calls when they notice you have a complain and leave you in the middle of nowhere . Not professional at all. All will looks fine until you have a complain then you see the worst set of people to do any business with. Everything about them is arranged including their 5 stars, please avoid them for your peace of mind.
I got a 330e BMW 2018 model from this dealer on finance at £15,500.00 the number of recalls from BMW because it’s faulty are just unbelievable from the time I bought and even today as I write this the car it with BMW, extremely disappointed I just cannot believe that there are such dealers who will do anything to sell off their cars, when they sold this car they put an faulty duplicate starter motor and sold it moving forward there were so many parts I had to exchange, from the time I’ve purchased I’ve been more number of ti... read more
The choice is so-so...
Wish I never bought from here. Car looked fine upon inspection. Now has many serious problems. For example the car I purchased randomly will display a huge number of errors and cuts of the engine. This error doesn't show on a obd port reader you can purchase online. This is just one of the issues I'm facing. The mechanic they use to check the cars, is overlooking a lot of things, which then needs a specialist to take a look at. I believe this is done on purpose because the average person is not likely to notice these issues.... read more
