wouldn't use again came out did treatment we saw wasps again within 14 days they said they would retreat but because he didn't see any wouldn't do it again it was raining on original visit so not sure how effective it was

Terrible company to deal with. Booked a treatment for wasps which they couldn't do for Iver a month. I found someone to do it the next day so I cancelled opkill and I'm still waiting for a refund. It's disgusting. I've telephoned numerous times and given excuses like people on holiday etc etc.how can a business run like this! It's a complete joke. Please tell me when you will refund the money I paid to you? Then they send me a review to rate my experience, when they know I haven't had the treatment.

Excellent service from this Company, from booking onwards. Gary arrived at the allocated time and dealt with an army of aggressive wasps in a calm and efficient way. Gave very clear instructions about safety precautions following his visit too. Good value for money. Would certainly recommend.
