Aside from her obvious vocal talent, impressive range and unbeatable stage presence, what really sets Jen apart from her competition is her ability to improvise, her swift and coherent communication in the run up to an event, her reliability and punctuality, and how excellently she interacts with the customer. I can always rely on her to be well presented, perfectly rehearsed and a joy backstage. From a booker's perspective she's a dream.

This was a sad, sombre occasion & I had asked Jenny to sing one song. It lifted everybody’s mood & brightened everybody’s eyes. So many commented on her amazing voice, & her presence. It was just perfect & I was extremely grateful.
