Don’t rely on Opera if you need your bed or mattress for a medical condition. Our new Opera bed was delivered in May 2024, initially arriving with damaged parts and soon developing signifiant issues, to the point using the motion base would wake my partner up when I used it. Also we were advised by Opera themselves that the underbed drawers won’t work on a carpeted floor. I found Opera beds when looking to replace my old adjustable bed and I'm really glad I did. Opera were fantastic: really helpful team and the options were much wider than I'd seen from other companies. The beds also look reasonably modern and stylish, which my old bed hadn't. I was surprised by how lightweight the frame was too as with my old bed I could barely move it when I needed to clean or hoover. Because of some very positive reviews by users I have been communicating with Opera Beds for the past couple of months about purchasing an adjustable bed. I have their catalogue and also perused their products on their webpage. On it there is a note that purchases over £150 are free. A bed that meets clinical need whilst not looking out of place in our home, along with great customer service, it’s a no brainier - 5 Stars!!
Excellent bed, very good quality and so comfortable. Headboard very classy. Service second to none... Highly recommend as a company you can trust.
