Really good service! I really appreciate and recommend our property manager Patricia Cheng, she resolves issues in a timely and patient manner. Both Patricia and OpenArch deliver a reliable service. If you find a property you like on OpenArch, don’t hesitate, they will make your life easier.
DO NOT RENT - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting or working with Open Arch Property Management to think twice. My experience with them has been frustrating and deeply disappointing. Communication is almost nonexistent – emails and calls often go unanswered, and when someone does respond, it feels dismissive rather than helpful - that’s if you can even make sense from the poorly written communication (not even sure if half of it was English). Not only did they fix the boiler for 2 months and because of it they charged me 1200 for electricity, they also didn't return my deposit for 2 months.
If I could give this company -5 stars I would do so. Unfortunately google allows only one star, which is generous. From day one I had issues with them. I signed for a furnished property, only to be called on the DAY OF MOVING to be told someone had removed all the furniture. This forced me in a position of paying extra on top of my rent (as I had no where else to go) to get last minute furniture into the property because clearly someone hadn’t done their job properly.
