Not only did they fix the boiler for 2 months and because of it they charged me 1200 for electricity, they also didn't return my deposit for 2 months.
If I could give this company -5 stars I would do so. Unfortunately google allows only one star, which is generous. From day one I had issues with them. I signed for a furnished property, only to be called on the DAY OF MOVING to be told someone had removed all the furniture. This forced me in a position of paying extra on top of my rent (as I had no where else to go) to get last minute furniture into the property because clearly someone hadn’t done their job properly. Amazing service! I am now joining openarch for the second time for my 3rd year even tho they handle so many people it's so nice they still remember student faces just like with me. I had a little issue with my room and Abi and Amy helped to fix that up for me, they were so helpful as they handled everything! I also had some home issues as well which clashed with my application process but they were so helpful again and sympathetic with my situation, I've always felt comfortable with them and couldn't ask for anything better!... read more

Real Estate Agency Review: Unfortunately, my experience with this agency was disappointing. My emails to agent Jamie Palmer went unanswered for a long time, and in order to receive any response, I often had to call the hotline. What was even more frustrating is that I did not receive my full deposit back, with the agency referring to photos taken from completely different angles compared to the original inspection.
