Recommendedvery cozy inviting place!
We recently got our 1st dog in August and searched for lodging that allows pets. We found this wonderful lodge. our kids get to swim, it's located near our favorite restaurants and shops. very friendly staff! nicely decorated, warm and inviting. will definitely be staying here again.
We had a great 3-day weekend here. This place is very warm and inviting, from the decor, to the adorably fun pancake maker included in the continental breakfast! Our sister's weekend included time spent in the dry sauna, pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed interesting conversation and laughter around the gas fire pit with other guests, as well as with the lodge owners. We will definitely return to Open Hearth, and highly recommend it to others!
we were welcomed the minute we walked on the door. the receptionist was so very helpful & courteous. they went out of their way to be sure with my friends disabilities we had a room easy to access for her. the room was exceptionally clean, beds were very comfy. Breakfast was sufficient, but everything was so clean. I would highly reccomend The Open Hearth Lodge to anyone

The atmosphere was very inviting, clean, great location, and friendly staff that are welcoming. Reasonably priced and includes breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had such a lovely stay! Friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms and absolutely loved your fire pit patio! Let’s talk about the amazing donuts, Door County coffee and pancake machine that greeted us each morning too-yum! Thanks Open Hearth Lodge-we will be back!
