Specialties Here at the "Open Flame". We serve only the finest fish available, all of our steaks and chops are custom cut, by us, to ensure quality. Valentines Day, thought it would be great but it was not. Steak medallions, tiny lobster tail, asparagus, mashed potatoes, side salad and bread basket $27.99 times 2. Not worth it, should of kept are plans at That's Amore across the street :( Oh and did I mention the extra $1.00 charge for bourbon on the rocks, I think the dollar was for the ice cubes. Live and learn.

The atmosphere was very nice, much larger inside than I expected, The staff was very friendly, and the food was good, with nice portion size, and the price was good. Also the chickens on the spit smelled delicious ..Good job!!
My first time here yesterday and I have no complaints and I’m a head cook for a restaurant in Delavan, WI. Keep it up 🙂
