Specialties Here at the "Open Flame". We serve only the finest fish available, all of our steaks and chops are custom cut, by us, to ensure quality. Chicken, ribs and pork are slow roasted in our wood-burning rotisserie ovens, exposed in the dining room. Burgers are USDA steak, hand-packed in house. Some of the wait staff could be a little more friendly and outgoing. But overall, the atmosphere is pleasant and the food is good.
😏 Just OK! Not a gotta go back type of restaurant for the price.
We have our monthly 4 generation family dinner at Open Flame....most times our waiter is Santo (sp)....he's WONDERDUL....he's always so kind, smiley, and patient (especially dealing with my grandmother)....thank you for employing him---he's a great face for your establishment!!!

Happy Hour is great, especially the Happy Hour food menu! Friendly staff!
Lovely "Sweetest Day" meal..server was attentive and friendly. Our dinners were delicious and the apple pie desert was awesome. I had a glass of Harvest punch and it was quite tasty!!
Love coming here for breakfast and we love Pattricio. We always request him as our waiter! He is so friendly! The food has good portions and the food is so fresh! They get 5 stars for sure!
I very much enjoyed our lunch here, and our service was wonderful. The staff treated myself and my grandfather exceptionally well. I would recommend this restaurant to others!
