I was there Friday afternoon, the food is excellent but the reason I’m only giving it 2 stars is because after I ate I was in the parking lot and I noticed two employees in a truck (Could’ve been silver or dark white) it looked like they were drinking some kind of beer. As I continued to look at them I noticed what looked like one of the servers and a cook get out of the truck, the server put a beer in his coat pocket and continued to walk into the restaurant like he had no care in the world. Went tonight, Saturday. The prime rib (special) was just ok at best. Flavor was alright but wasn’t the most tender. My dad had the fillet: I’ve eaten in top steakhouses all around the country and can tell you I know when meat has been previously frozen and this most certainly seemed to be. The 3rd meal was the barbecued ribs...those were ok, not anything I’d go back for though, and the vegetables served with it were a bit undercooked and bland.
