Saturday my husband and I wanted to take our 3yo daughter on a special "date" without her brothers. We drove up and down HWY 100 until finally deciding on Open Flame, yeah HORRIBLE IDEA!!! We walked in and were seated, the gentleman who brought out our waters never even said hello, I said thank you and he never said "you're welcome" like literally he said nothing!! RecommendedThis restaurant has fabulous food. I always go there. Love sitting on the Patio in summer. Bummer they never have the Fire Pit on. I am an early diner so I get it it's not dark yet but,we should all get the atmosphere regardless. We were told it's to expensive to have on well, then why put one on the Patio. Summer is short, lets gobble up the expense to keep your customers.

Our waiter Santo, was awesome! Our meal was fantastic!
Food is excellent. Very sad to see they removed the pork chops from their daily menu and only made it a "special." :-(
Had another wonderful experience at Open Flame. The $5 Monday martinis were excellent; thanks to Jennifer, wonderful service and appetizers were delicious. Always have a great time there.
