We sadly walked in with a brand new phone with the Sim card stuck inside. We were so grateful that they took our problem head on. Within 15 minutes we were happy new phone owners with an accurately installed Sim card. Thanks guys!!!!

My friend recommended Oops Repair after I posted asking for iPhone repair recommendations on Facebook (my screen wasn't working after hubby replaced the battery). Since I was in the area, I stopped by today without an appointment. They listened to my phone issues and were able to repair it unless than half an hour. I'm so happy with their work and their friendly staff. I'm please to say my phone is back in commission with their help!

My phone wouldn't charge. Thought I needed a new battery. Lint had gotten into the port, which they removed in seconds with a pair of tweezers. Now it works like new, and the best part is that they refused to charge me.
I came in today and had an issue with a phone that I tried to repair myself. After some looking around and trial and error the guys out there on Broad Street Oops Repair totally hooked me up. Without a doubt a happy customer.. hahah I had quite a few issues that I brought upon myself and they rectified them all. Thanks guys! A+
