I "accidentally" stumbled across these guys. Very appreciative of this business. The guys that work here are efficient (got my phone done in under 30 min), but were still friendly and informative concerning other questions about my phone. They were respectful in their conversations with other customers and still got what I needed done. Go here first! They have replaced cracked screens, fixed "touch disease", and done another repair when a phone wouldn't turn back on. They even diagnosed a problem and didn't charge when they directed us back to Verizon. Repairs are done quickly, and they are so helpful.

These guys are great!!! I have been to them several times...I'm a repeat offender and they always tell me whether it can be fixed or not. I was surprised at quick and inexpensive the repairs were on my phones...they usually have the repairs finished within an hour. Even items that look like they can't be repaired they are able to repair....I highly recommend Oops
