I have an old iPad2 that I have abused and used for years. Oops on Broad Street replaced my screen while I was at work several months ago. Today, I killed it. It was acting crazy so I turned it off. Completely. I don't do that often. Then I had an old abused clock. I thought it was truly dead. No Apple, no home screen, nothing. I walked in after 4:00 today, saying I had killed it, looking for confirmation. Instead, I walked out 5 minutes later with an alive iPad. No charge. �����

The team is friendly and fast. Located just outside St. Elmo and easy to get to off I-24. Super impressed with my phone that I thought was a total loss is now working.
