Terrible Association - Recently had to move into a property offered by them that has not been decorated in over 40 years - previous occupant was a smoker and although Onward may have done some cabling work - the ceilings and the walls were left in a terrible state - I can understand there not being carpet - I could sort that, but they could have least give the place a little bit of white paint - It needs a professional to get this up to rentable standard. Very bad company
Garage rented on a non contract basis I handed the keys back with a letter of termination. Five years down the line I got a phone call with a debt of £45 being sent to a debt collection agency if non payment. To say Im disappointed and dispute the owed amount makes me angry.
The workman arrived on a horse with two sealant guns holstered by his waste and a cowboy hat. On a serious note they are a terrible housing company. Repairs are done to a poor standard after years of reporting the same repair 10times.
AWFUL COMPANY! AVOID THEM LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT.
