Went in for my oil change....excellent customer service...one thing I didn’t realize ...service reps operate on commission..this should be better advertised....

It's been two mouths since I bought my 2009 Toyota Camry from here. I drove around 70 miles to look at the Camry. I had very bad experiences with dealerships in my area. The moment I walked into the showroom I was treated with the upmost respect which was a key factor that most dealers in my area lacked. Ed was very helpful with everything and never tried to force any other offers or push me towards a different car. I loved my experience here at Ontario Honda and have been recommending you guys to everyone I know.
I've been coming to Ontario Honda for 17 years. Today we woke up to about 40 pounds of soup mix that was emptied on top of our car. I couldn't get the powdered mix out of the air intake. I called down and spoke to Rob, and he had me come right in. He popped it open right away and vacuumed it for me so I could head to a cash wash. Thank you for making a crappy day so much easier Rob!!
