This is the same review I left a month ago on Google maps, this dealership accused multiple other people on Google maps of having "fake accounts" because they were all bad 1 star reviews! Take a look at the BBB website to see my validated complaint that Victory Honda did not respond to after ruining my cars engine. Absolutely terrible experience from both sales and service. I reported them to the BBB over a month ago about this issue, they never responded! My complaint was submitted on 11/12/19.
RecommendedHonest, Fair, Courteous and Caring
Try standing behind a five month battery instead of squeezing another $75.00 out of a customer! A customer that just spent 34,000.00 on a new Honda! I have to say really poor business practices! Would not recommend this dealership for anything!
RecommendedI have been waiting for the right deal to get into a CRV, and Victory Honda got it done! Corinne was super responsive and helpful via phone... once I got there in person, I worked with Andy who is truly AMAZING! He took time to talk through everything, made me feel comfortable; he is knowledgeable and did *not* pressure me (thank you so much, Andy!!!). I highly recommend Victory!
