they are the worst to get ahold of in the service department we have tried for over a week. will start doing our own oil change
the service dept is the worst. my sister had a c-service done and it cost her 275 dollars, and they missed a problem with her brakes that she asked them to look at. they told her nothing was wrong but she took it to a local mechanic a few days later and he found the problem immediately. She also had the same type of inspection as the c service that costed her 275 dollars at honda for 50 dollars at a different dealership. very unhappy. she has contacted numerous people at the dealership but they either do not respond, or just... read more
