Kudos to Brian in the service area for accompanying an elderly gentleman from the waiting room to the service desk, walking at that gentleman's very slow pace and ready to lend assistance should it be necessary. That was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. It's refreshing to witness that kind of genuine concern and compassion. It warmed my heart.
Brought my car in for a problem and sat for three hours without so much as a word from the staff about the status of the repair. Horrible communication. Can't wait to trade this in for a Subaru from Kitty!
