Very understaffed service department. They make promises you can get in for basis services and make you wait. Pulled my car in and it sat up on lift for 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Then the technician was slow as molasses. Only reason I was here is because I bought my car here. I will use other Honda Dealerships in the future!
