My husband and I have been long time customers of Ontario Honda, now Victory Honda. We were very satisfied until the name change. When we purchased our HRV, we were given the wrong keys and our dog was locked inside on a hot day. We had to break a window, because the dealership could not get the working key to us. When the window broke, the alarm went off. The dealership said they fixed it, but they had not. The car inadvertently licks, which it didn't do before. The alarm sometimes goes off as well. Incredible customer service and transparency! Fixed a defect on my CRV free of charge when Garber dealership wanted to charge hundreds of dollars. HIGHLY recommend! Do not buy a Honda anywhere else!

Nice sales staff but if considering purchasing anything from the used inventory, based on my purchase at Victory Honda, have the vehicle checked out at another dealership before signing anything. Use your test drive to visit another dealership to make sure it passes a NYS inspection and that its scheduled maintenance is up to date. This dealership's service department insists that the sales department limits its budget for reconditioning. Just some friendly advice. Again, a very nice team in sales.
This negative review could get me kicked out of the VHonda family, but unfortunately, the used truck I purchased at Victory Honda was in NO condition for retail sale. The pleasant showroom experience with a great sales team faded quickly when I got home with this $31,000 truck with tires low on air that needed daily inflation. Its service records show that one tire leaked for the nine months it was on the lot.
