Just had an encounter with a rude guy called David. I bought a swing chair and was not happy with it. I emailed back and forth and eventually he came to have a look and was EXTREMELY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. Lucky he was with a nice young guy who fixed my chair. That's all I wanted, not some condescending rude man screening at me in my own garden .
Brought corner sofa with table with burner in the middle plus 2 long benches. One sofa is coming apart. Never got clips to keep both sofas together!! Poor quality not worth the money!?
Very Disappointed. Having spent nearly £2000 on garden furniture, I was expecting it to last more than 2 summers. I went into the shop to explain the issue and they seemed really helpful. HOW WRONG I WAS!!! Having never covered it as directed by them on purchase. The table top has fractured, they said it was probably caused by animals although you can see that it wasn't, the splits if joined would make a perfect fit (like a jigsaw). Bought rattan dining table and chairs two years ago. . Just bought two sunbeds quality is very good. Really pleased with our furniture also delivery is swift too.
Terrible customer service.. Avoid this shop!!
