I absolutely enjoy this gym. It feels like home and you want to take care of it. The facility is always clean. They have a wonderful selection of weights, cardio and studio with live classes or you can do one on your own. Everyone here is friendly. This gym is a perfect fit for anyone.
Well I only had the option to select 1 star to comment I've never been to Onslow Fitness ever....but the review comments are pretty bad .....even the response from whomever is responding to the comments posted it's just not professional at all and that seems to be a problem here so I'll pass and go else where...I would hope that this would be a judge free environment....I may just come in to see what the atmosphere is like
Since starting at onslow fitness I've learned to push pass the hurt and keep moving. I never thought I needed to go to the gym to workout, but I find myself never wanting to leave or miss a day at onslow fitness!
The group fitness classes are so much fun it doesn't even feel like you're working out ��
This place used to be my favorite place to be. I used to have amazing staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Now every time I go in I feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and judged. There isn't enough equipment to get a proper workout in, so I'm constantly finding myself changing my workout plan to accommodate this major inconvenience. There are still a few amazing staff members there but the dynamic has changed. Everyone there that I loved is slowly moving on, and I will be moving on too.
