My husband joined last month, and I followed behind him on Wednesday. Even tho Onslow Fitness is on the smaller side, I don't feel that they are lacking in any area. I have a few friends that already go there and I feel like everyone there is so friendly, encouraging, and helpful! I didn't feel judged coming into OF like I have just sitting in the parking lot.if some other gyms! Overall, I feel like it's a great atmosphere to work out, to get fit, and to get your sweat on!
Absolutely Fabulous staff who are personable, dedicated, and celebrate with you as you reach your fitness goals. I highly recommend anyone considering their health and wellness to come join the best Onslow Fitness experience.
Have been going to Onslow fitness for number of years and they keep getting better. Im a senior and there is plenty that I can do there in the pool. Best place to be is this place
Amazing place! I am hooked! I love the staff, classes, variety of equipment, cleanliness, and childcare!
I love this gym, people are great. The classes are not cancel, there is always someone there to teach the class. I also came from Courts Plus, classes are always cancel, not enough staff. I also like how information is given concerning new classes, workout information and special dietician to help was along the way. Thanks. And I get to workout with Brandy Humphrey again.
