Recently joined, love this gym! If you want a gym with so many options you will never feel like you ever have the same work out from the pool, outdoor training facility, the indoor equipment is amazing I love all the options and did the steam room with the eucalyptus this morning I feel so refreshed and happy to be part of Onslow fitness!
I love the gym. We started a week ago and we are older but age is just a number. We have so many classes to go to. And working out with the weight machines, and all the other equipment is great. Today we had zumba water classes and a volleyball tournament. Is was great. Love all the trainers and instructors.
Onslow Fitness is one of my favorite places to be. I have made so many friends that feel like family and I always get a great workout. I love the group classes and working with the trainers.
Wonderful people. Very helpful! They love helping others to feel better!!!!
