Fantastic staff. Perfect for any age. Especially nice as I am older.
I love that it is on my way to work, I work out at 4:30 AM, take my shower and head to work in Richlands.

I love the family atmosphere and everyone is always willing to help. I love that they offer a wide variety of classes. I love that in each class no matter what your Fitness level there's something for you. I have not gotten back in shape but made several new friends!

This gym is amazing! The instructors are are all about making everyone feel welcomed and capable of doing the class! Also the child care is great for us families who do t have anywhere to leave our children! The facility is super clean and it doesn’t smell weird! And finally the staff is great!
I love this gym have been very helpful with all of my questions and try’s by to get back in shape after injury. Very nice and professional staff! Always a clean facility and all equipment is maintained! Is the best gym in Jacksonville NC!
I love this gym they offer so many classes, the staff is super friendly, and helpful. They always try to motivate you to do better. They have child care services and the ladies that are in there are awesome. I always feel comfortable there never out place. It is a great gym.
