Love onslow fitness! They have lots of equipment and I especially love the outside area with the tires! Nice and friendly staff and so convenient that it's a 24 hour gym.
Great gym!!! I LOVE IT here!! Been here 2 weeks so far and signed up for the 8 small group/team trainings for a month. If you're looking for a great work out and a supportive, encouraging staff, this is the place for you! I haven't worked out in 13 years since leaving the military...and the trainers have been great getting me back into the swing of things. PS/ The sauna is awesome after a great workout!!
