Best gym in town ! I love body combat on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Great Gym! A little bit of everything. Something for everybody because it caters well to all fitness types whether your a bodybuilder, crossfitter, or just looking to burn some calories and tone. Whatever goals you may have, you can accomplish them here! Very knowledgable and friendly staff. Good affordable family fitness! I've been a member for 6 months and my wife (Krista Frenchak) and I really enjoy working out here. Lots of motivation! Thank you to all the staff!

It's almost impossible to cancel your membership.. Which sucks if your in the military. Like wtf!? We move around a lot and it's not acceptable they r still charging me when I'm not even in the state of nc
