I'm new but I have a good feeling about it already. The staff is so friendly and make you feel really welcome from the time you enter! They are very helpful and willing to do whatever is in their power to make sure you have the best experience in efforts to help you reach your goals and/or maintain a healthy body. GREAT environment to workout in with nice amenities! Definitely better then Gold's gym which I am a former member of for good reasons. Worth giving a try, you won't be disappointed I'm sure. :-)
The staff is always there to help and offer guidance. I really like the small group training!! I'm hoping they expand the facility, because everyone is going to want to workout here!!!
