Onslow Fitness has the best staff. Other places I have been, I felt that as a overweight gray haired lady I was looked down on and not treated the same as a buff fit person. That has never occurred at Onslow Fitness. I feel as important as anyone else. All the staff listens to me. This is the first place that I can attend any class and not feel intimidated.
