The warmth of the heated indoor pool is inviting and relaxing to the body. But... don't let that fool you! Constant resistance from the water gives your body a full workout. I LOVE the pool!
Back in July William and I started to look for a gym, both of us wanted to make lifestyle changes for ourselves and the girls. On the suggestion of a few friends we decided to go with Onslow Fitness.
