Initially we were really impressed with the service. We opted for mirror wills written into trust at the cost of £197. The 1st set of documents had mistakes on, we asked for them to be changed, they were but had different mistakes, we then stopped getting responses to our emails and no-one would pick up the phone. Dusty was very informative, professional and a huge help when organising my will. It's a different thing to have to do but he was brilliant.
