Bought a hot tub from these guys through their finance option and they where great from start to finish! From arranging a crane to crane it over the house to aftercare these guys are spot on. Very friendly to deal with and explain how to get the most our of your tub whilst conserving your energy bills. Brilliant
Lovely experience using Online Spas. Mike was helpful with the initial discussions and choice of the tub, offering the Mont Blanc over the Tuscany, when I questioned the space and advised the layout. Installation a few days later. Friendly, helpful and well-communicated. Went through maintenance and chemicals, eco setting thoroughly. I was impressed with the overall service. Thank you.
