Ordered flowers for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary and they never arrived. Blamed the post office and refused a refund - terrible customer service and spoilt our day!

Roses and Chocolate Basket and it was absolutely lovely! The roses were fresh and vibrant, and the chocolates added the perfect sweet touch.
The flowers were delivered on time and the arrangement looked fresh and nicely put together.
