Richard from Tathams Cardiff has sold three properties for me in 2 years, my home and 2 buy to lets. I was drawn to using Tathams after following their Instagram page and was so impressed with their way of marketing property. It really is eye catching. I used them to manage my rental property for a while before going on to sell. Nick and his team managed the rental and were responsive to all of my queries, and any issues at the property were dealt with in a seamless and timely manner.
