Hello friends, this is Ernie Ongaro. Along with my brother Paul and cousins Dean and Mitch we own and operate Ongaro & Sons plumbing heating cooling and electrical. Had a real problem with a bathroom shower leak. Douglas from Ongaro came out and found that there was a problem with a leak in the valve behind the wall, not the cartridge. He will send someone out to fix it. I found Douglas to be both professional and friendly.
