Hello friends, this is Ernie Ongaro. Along with my brother Paul and cousins Dean and Mitch we own and operate Ongaro & Sons plumbing heating cooling and electrical. Nick came out and did a review of our house to generate an estimate for a new heat and air system. He was super thorough much more so than another nationally based group that just came in for the hard sale and missed a number of issues and solutions that Nick identified.
Every service tech that has come to our home has done a great job. Mark Ross came out today and was excellent! Not only did he clean our furnace, he gave us tips that we can use when we have a lot of smoke in the air. This is the main reason we are long term customers with Ongaro.
Mark was on time and thoroughly checked our A/C unit to see what could be done. Very pleased with his initial visit.
Jason was very knowledgeable. He explained options to fix our old AC. Fixed it and made sure everything was working probably before he left.
ONGARO has always done a good job for me. Their plumbers all have a good attitude which is half the battle
