I had HVAC done by Ongaro and Sons. They were all professional and really appreciate them wearing shoe covers 😀 Cant wait for summer to try out the AC. David Bishop for the plumbing portion is knowledgeable, polite and professional as well. He explains the maintenance needed for this 30-year old house.

Mark Ross, Service Technician, came and examined a heater that I've been having problems with. I was impressed with his knowledge and communication skills. Being a property manager for years It was a relief to have someone explain what the problem was. Five stars for sure.

Our family has used Ongaro for decades. We are very happy with the professionalism and work done and will look to Ongaro for future heating and plumbing needs. Our experience today with Tyler Flora was very good, in light of facing a very big job and unexpected expense. Old houses are full of surprises. Thanks to Tyler for his detailed knowledge and explanation for all our concerns.
So very happy with David but we were appalled by the potential charges. Your guys were very knowledgeable and qualified and friendly, but your charges were over the top. Several people warned me about that.
Douglas Weatherly was on time, thoroughly explained everything, friendly, pleasant. and very professional.
