Hello friends, this is Ernie Ongaro. Along with my brother Paul and cousins Dean and Mitch we own and operate Ongaro & Sons plumbing heating cooling and electrical. Justin came to check on what was wrong with my toilet. He easily took care of the problem. He also took a look at my 17 year old water heater which I need to replace and gave me an estimate for that work. He was very friendly and professional. He even came early after have the time period changed. And, he wasn't frightened by the alligator in my bathroom or by the talking crow.
