I was hoping they had no stars! I decided to try to support this bank just on it being ran by blacks. Well, that was a bad idea! Most of the Customer service agents are very rude, always has attitudes and just extremely unprofessional! The dispute process is RIDICULOUS and sounds like some ghetto mess OneUnited made up. I will be closing my account as soon as an agent answers the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will make sure to tell all of my friends and colleagues to close their accounts too! Worst bank ever!!!

One United bank is a fraud, they'll have you to apply for a checking account , also ask you for a 50 dollar deposit after doing so if your denied they will send you an email stating you were denied and saying the have release you 50 deposit but never release your money you'll have a pending charge on your account and you can't not speak to anyone no one ever answers nor respond to your email... I Do not recommend this bank.... Please do not apply or give then a deposit you will never get it back

I put the right info in and can't access my account to get my account number, can't talk to anyone and I just want to transfer money from one account to another. I quit!!!!

I hate to be doing this to my own people, but this has to be a scam! I applied for an account, paid the deposit amount of 50 dollars, and 15 minutes later I was denied for an account! Immediately I withdrew my application! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND! Yes I’ve contacted my bank “to speed up the process,” and they see nothing from UNITED ONE except for them taking the deposit amount of 50 dollars that’s all! I should have read the reviews before I decided to open and online account but I didn’t. Apparently before the influx of black citizens wanting to open accounts at a black-owned bank this bank was already experiencing bad customer service and bad banking in general. I signed up for an account in 6/6/2020. And had to transfer a low amount to open the account. I signed up for a username and password to access my account while waiting for my debit card. Applied to this so called bank, they took the deposit out, got denied, its been months and still haven’t received my 50bucks back. Do not do business with this bank they are rude and very unprofessional

I tried to support but ever since opening this account it had been pure hell. I have emailed, called, emailed again and have yet to receive any help. Almost 2 months now and something so simple as an account number I am unable to get. All they do is refer you to online and be rude to you in the phone. When you go online apparently your own information isn’t correct. So now u can’t check my balance, I can’t deposit, I can’t do anything because they will not provide me with my account umber.

Horrible company and the worst service I have ever seen. I Opened a secured card last month and they reported 101% utilization before I even had the card a week. Then reported to the agencies witch dropped my score drastically with all bureaus. I emailed them and called them. I've been getting nothing but the run around since. Don't waste your time with them. I would never recommend.
