This company provided false advertising. 1) they contacted me under the guise that they were representing my mortgage company and were an extension of them to make my transition easier. I spoke with my company and they indicated OneSource was NOT a partner of theirs. 2) On the initial call, the services were described to me and I was offered two choices of alarm systems. I selected ***with ********. I was told the alarm system installation would be free and I could choose to monitor for $53 a month. At no time was I told I h... read more
One Source Solutions was great! One phone call and they handled all of the utility changes. I highly recommend them for the simplicity and the ease of their assistance. They took part of the hassle out of moving. Thank you One Source Solutions.
Worthless. I had a 45 minute call with their adviser, who was very nice, so that they were sure they understood my preferences. They did up-sell and offer things I wasn't interested in but that didn't bother me. I understand that is part of the process. The next day they let me know that 2 of 3 utility companies that I needed would not work with a third party so I had to call myself.
