I had utilized One Source to set up internet service at my new house through Cox communications. I received an email from One Source as confirmation that service was scheduled, however a couple days later received a call from Cox informing me that my account was blocked due to suspicion of fraudulent activity. I have spent hours on the phone with Cox trying to get this resolved. I was able to get through the moving process of turning on Water, Gas and Electric and many other offers in a smooth manner. One Source Solutions was the fastest way I have ever managed to get my utilities turned on. Instead of calling multiple companies, I just had to make 1 phone call and then they did all the rest! At first I thought this was sketchy and that there had to be some "catch", but there wasn't anything sketchy about it and there weren't any catches.
