The service was very neat and fast. My only comment (and why I don´t give 5 stars) is because they told me Spectrum didn´t have service in the area of my new home (I am a Spectrum customer for about 2 years), even when I ask a couple of times if it wasn´t possible at all to keep Spectrum they told me no, it has to be ATT. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!! After dealing with the stress of a divorce and purchasing a new home, the last thing Inwanted to deal with is setting up all of my utilities. One Source went above and beyond setting up all my services in less than an hour! If your going to move please do yourself a favor and contact them.

My husband and i were closing on a house on Friday and earlier that week on Monday we realized that we had not taken care of any of the utilities and were in a total panic. With only four days notice One Source was able to get everything done and in place for us by Friday! Whenever we called with questions as well as to change a service date, the response was immediate and handled promptly and timely return calls were made to us. Very professional and courteous. They managed to tie us into not one but THREE AT&T uverse accounts. AT&T never showed and left a hard hit on our credit, then didn’t show up for installation. We are still trying to get our $20 deposit back and not be charged for cancellation fees since we never received anything. They were supposed to put myself and my fiancé on all utilities, and updated numbers, they didn’t. They even refused to cancel my utilities at the old address. My suggestion is unless you want more junk mail, don’t do it.
