A Great Service!! Only utilized for utilities, but it saved my time from being on the phone on hold with each service provider. Need to update deposit cost for PWSD 1 of Jefferson County (Arnold Water Dept). They charge $100 deposit now. Thank you for offering this service.

This was the most stress-free utilities activation process I have gone through. Everyone was very helpful and took their time to make sure they had my information correct and closing date/time, etc. and they followed up with me the next day to confirm that the activations/cut-overs were scheduled. Two thumbs up!!!

Out of five utilities, they could only set up one for me and that was my cable. The lady gave me incorrect info about services, the wrong pricing, and scheduled set up for a time I told her I was unavailable. She had ONE job and screwed up every aspect of it! When I complained and someone called to fix it, he told me that now I had to use their service because if I went to the cable company directly myself, I would be charged $100 for another background check.
