They were quick to contact me after I initially agreed to use their services from the loan company. they called back and confirmed all the information and the customer service person, Shelby, was a blast to talk to and she got everything lined up for me. I spoke to a Sydney yesterday to confirm some information before my appointment today and spoke with Andrew O today. This is such an excellent service, that I didn't even know existed! They have GREAT customer service and were happy to answer any questions I have. Being a first time homebuyer is a very nerve wrecking time and they made this process stress free ! I will definitely be referring people to them.
