Would never rent from them again.We paid our rent before it was due every month. We were excellent renters and came with wonderful recommendations from three other rental agencies. Everything was fine until we moved out. We followed the move out guidelines and did more than we needed to. We cleaned all day but they still took $200 out for a cleaning fee. This move out accounting is correct. Per the lease, the tenant was required to leave the home in move in ready condition as they received it. The carpets were not professionally cleaned as stated in the lease. This tenant did attempt to clean but left many items overlooked. The base boards and trim were covered in dust and dirt and many of the drawers had crumbs, hair and toothpaste residue. Please do not use this company to manage your property. It takes MONTHS of phone calls to get a response and then several more months to get the repair done. Follow up: after repairs were done, they were not done correctly and have to wait for another repair. I tried to reach my leasing "professional" to discuss renewal of lease and got NO RESPONSE for 2 months. I have dealt with many leasing companies, both as a tenant and a landlord. Property frameworks is by far the worst leasing management company I have ever done business with. They are a sham of a company and will take advantage of you every chance they get. For instance, when we moved out of a house in Austin that was managed by property frameworks they charged us $98.00 for a 25 cent switch plate and a light bulb. i rented a Home through Property Frameworks for 4 years. The home was 15 yrs old. when i moved in, it was not freshly painted and had older appliances. Although I notified them when ever i had repairs need, they took several days to get a repair person in touch with me. when I moved out, they charged me for repairs just to make an old home new again..ie, charged me for new shower heads.... they worked fine, painting... the home had not been painted before i moved in, new pool screens.... i had just had the screen repair pers... read more
We rented a property with this company and at the end of the contract when we received our security deposit they made some charges that we had questions about why they were made. I have emailed the person that was listed on the security deposit letter that listed the charges that were made. I emailed them on three different dates within the same month and I have not received any replies. We rented from Property Frameworks and accepted the home as is two years ago. We received a notice that our lease was expiring so we asked what steps needed to take place because we didn't have intentions on renewing again. Needless to say, they have put us through **** and back the past couple of weeks. They sent us renewal after renewal and we mistakenly signed one thinking it was our month to month paperwork. Property Frameworks is no more than a joke of a company. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They take forever to get back to you and the late fees they charge are absolutely insane. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE RENTING OR USING THEM AS A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. It is easy to see why they have no positive reviews and there BBB rating system is a pathetic F.
