I paid my rent, like I have for the past 1.5 years, and because of a technical error with the electronic banking system that said the funds were not in the account, when they were I was charged, in error, a $75 fee. They are telling me that this fee is not refundable, and because of the technological error too bad! That is a VERY POOR way of doing business, when I have never been late and I have always paid my rent early! Stay clear of this company!

Property Frameworks are scammers and want to take your money. If you own a home and you have them dealing with your home they are a rip off. I reported to move out when before renewing the lease that they send to you like 2 months 3 months ahead and they wanted to charge me saying that I didn't give enough notice. They game me a move out list that we made sure we did all of it left the house speculous and they sent a letter with all these things that they used to make up an excuse to stay with the deposit. Frameworks property management (A Coldwell Banker Affiliation) has been summed up accurately in the previous reviews. Without going in to the details, they are dishonest, billing us multiple times for the same job. This happened on 3 documented occasions. They are unreliable and slow to respond to tenant needs. Several times we needed to step in because they were too lazy or slow to do their due diligence to get repairs done in a professional and expedited manner. Property Frameworks is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had used Coldwell Banker for many years for managing my property. It was good until 2016 when Property Frameworks took over; then everything started going down the hill. They never respond to my phone calls. They are often late on responding emails, or just not responding. The lease renew process used to be simple and smooth, and I didn't have to be involved at all other than signing the paper. I am an owner of a property in central Florida that was forced into working with Property Frameworks when Coldwell Banker stopped doing property management and the experience has been horrible from start to finish. I've never spoke to my 'dedicated advisor' since she never picks up her phone and never returns my calls when I leave a message. Our move in date was Saturday 11/18. Our representatives were extremely friendly and helpful up to that point, wishing us a happy move in, if we had any question don't hesistate to call. On move in date, there was no one available to follow up if we were to have any issues. And boy did we have issues. We arrived and the place was filthy. We specifically asked for a cleaning during our walk through. Showed up to my rental and AC NOT working. Put in a ticket to have repair done and its been 7 days! They closed tickets without doing repair. Still has NOT been resolved!!!

This "Business" is a complete scam. Their real business is to scam $50 per person for an "application" for renting property and then not refund it when the possible renter realizes they are being scammed and asks for their money back. My family, two of us in our late 50s with an income of $70,000 per year, plus retirement income, no debt and a clear background were taken around in circles for two days until we finally put a stop to it. This Company is the worse Property management company ever. They ignore the tenants complaints and then blame the home owner for scheduling repairs. If I could give them a negative score I would. STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Each home may have a different owner and therefore we need to work with each one on how they may want to work through repair items that come through.
