OneCall24 is quite responsive towards staff and clients. They provide adequate amount of work when needed. They ensure a very patient -centric model of care, thus ensuring the patient is at the centre of every decision. The admin staff at the backend are always available and ready to assist with challenges for field staff. My booking consultant Samantha Govender has such active listening skills and ensures all queries are answered.
