After over a month of leaving messages for Oneblood to reinstate my donation privileges I still have not heard from anyone who can help me They respond publicly on FB but I have been told on at least 6 occasions that someone from the Donor Advocacy Team would contact me and it has not happened.
to much spam mail from them
Great experience. Great people who work there. They test for covid 19 antibodies. Felt safe and clean. You are doing something highly positive and helpful by donating blood.
What a terrible experience. Tried to donate blood today at the bus parked at Macaroni Grill in Oviedo, FL, and that place was a contamination nightmare. So many surfaces being touched and not sanitized (seats, door handles, pens, clipboards, blood pressure monitors). Employees were not wearing gloves. Napkins to be given to donors were sitting out in the open, uncovered. Employees were handling patients' IDs and paperwork without gloves and then touching everything else in the bus and drawing blood, only to turn around and i... read more
The amount of negative reviews on here means that mine shouldn’t come as a surprise. I worked for this company for ONE WEEK and that alone was hard to do. The customer service I witnessed every day was terrible. No one cares about the mission, just their money. The equipment? It’s thrown and handled in a terrible manner, with comments afterwards “eh, I don’t pay for it” and more. A blood spill happened, and you know what actions were taken? One paper towel over it, as other donors stepped over it until the end of the drive. ... read more
I donated on the 17th of June and have been unable to receive any information regarding my blood type, Covid 19 antibody status, not even vital signs shows up on my screen when I log in. After several attempts and talking to the lady anwsering the phone and being transferred to customer service leaving my contact information and not receiving a call from anyone I am giving up. This has turned out to be a very disappointing experience. please find somewhere else to donate this is not it.
I just donated blood, the staff was kind and one was very friendly at west Michigan location but they just called me and error was made on their part and nothing can be done. I find it very suspicious 😒
My husband and I donated blood at one of your busses this morning at the Walmart on 54 in Trinity- all I can say is what a great experience! Tom and Julio (I think we're their names if I remember correctly) were so wonderful! We were all laughing and joking and having a great time - they were so personable and friendly! Definitely made it a great experience. Would definitely recommend!!!!
