we went to donate today on st. George Island. We have done this for over a year now and never had to have any kind of appointment. We walked into the bus and not a single soul giving blood but they said you'll have to make an appointment and come back. We are fully booked until 1:15. I will never donate through one blood again! How rude! And what a shame America needs blood and these people are just rude and blame it all on covid blame it all on covid laying it all on covid

I had an appointment for 3pm today. When I arrived I was told that they were running late(about an hour) and there was a few people ahead of me. I was told to go get something to eat or run errands but since I live very close I would go home and they would text me. I decided to go back at 4:15 and there was still people ahead of me. I told them to take my name off the list. I will never go to One Blood again! Cornelius, NC
