Have donated in Palm Beach for 20 years and all was great - every time. Donated in Orlando/WinterPark for the first time and will never donate again. Staff unfriendly, not wearing masks nor gloves, beds very close together. Disappointing experience:( Also, ended up with a 2" bruise on my arm which isn't a big deal, but it's never happened any other time.

They fired a pregnant woman because of a personal argument she had with her boyfriend outside of work off company property. They victim shame.

Gave blood a week ago and my arm is still black and blue! Not one of the 3 Phlebotomist had masks on in a confined bus.
I give Plateletes on a regular basis 1 or 2 times a month. I donate at 1300 36th Street Vero Beach The staff is a pleasure to deal with. Giving platelets takes about 2 hours. The staff checks on me frequently and makes sure I’m comfortable during my visits. Thank you Susan and Larry. I give the Facility 5 Stars. Jay
